Overview

VNCmeet is based on VNCtalk, so most features and interfaces are identical.

VNCmeet is a hosted version of VNClagoon LIVE, designed to showcase VNCtalk. It is available via both the Web Client and Mobile App, offering the same user interface and features as VNCtalk. This document focuses solely on VNCmeet-specific operations.

Account Types

VNCmeet provides two distinct account types to suit various user needs:

• Individual Account
  Intended for personal or small-scale use. It includes essential features for communication, collaboration, and account security. Ideal for users who need one-on-one or small group interactions.

• Organization Account
  Designed for teams, departments, and businesses. It offers all the capabilities of the Individual Account, with additional tools for large-scale collaboration—such as group conferencing, inviting external participants, and managing team members.

Organization accounts offer full collaboration capabilities suited for teams, while Individual accounts focus on personal use with essential features.
