VNCmeet¶

Overview¶
VNCmeet is a hosted service of VNClagoon LIVE to showcase VNCtalk. It is available for Web Client. VNCmeet looks exactly the same as VNCtalk. So, this document contains only some specific operations, related to only VNCmeet.

You can register 2 types of accounts: "Individual" and "Organization". "Individual" account provides the following features:

1:1 and group chats;

1:1 audio/video calls;

screensharing;

VNCpad (document collaboration);

request for connect (RFC);

2 Factor Authentication;

upgrade account to organization.
"Organization" account provides the following features:

1:1 and group chats;

1:1 audio/video calls;

video/audio group conferences;
-
screensharing;
-
VNCpad (document collaboration);
-
request for connect (RFC);

2 Factor Authentication;

invite external users;

invite users to join an organization.
"Organization" account can be created by subscribers to the VNCtalk LIVE service in order to communicate professionally in teams, organizational units and companies. An Organization can be managed by a VNCtalk subscriber, who then invites other users to join the Organization.
"Individual" account¶

Log in to "Individual" account¶

Create a RFC¶
To create a RFC, follow the instructions from "Create a RFC" subsection.
Accept a RFC¶
To accept a RFC, follow the instructions from "Accept a RFC" subsection.
Upgrade to "Organization" account¶
To upgrade to "Organization" account, follow the instructions from "Upgrade "Individual" account to "Organization" one" subsection.
