Overview

VNCgroupware includes VNCmail, VNCcalendar, VNCcontacts, and Briefcase. Most general functionalities are covered in the respective user manuals.

VNCgroupware is part of the VNClagoon LIVE service and includes the integrated tools: VNCmail (with Briefcase), VNCcalendar, VNCcontacts. This document focuses only on features and operations specific to VNCgroupware.

Account Types

You can register two types of accounts in VNCgroupware: Individual and Organization.

  • Individual Account
    Provides access to core communication and productivity tools, including VNCmail (with Briefcase), VNCcalendar, and VNCcontacts. Best suited for personal or standalone professional use.

  • Organization Account
    Designed for team and enterprise use, this account type enables centralized management of users, shared resources, and collaboration features across VNCmail, VNCcalendar, and VNCcontacts. Organizations can configure global address books, shared calendars, domain-specific email policies, and role-based access controls.
