VNCteamwork¶

Overview¶
VNCteamwork is based on VNCtask and VNCproject, so most features and interfaces are identical.
VNCteamwork is the VNClagoon LIVE service that integrates VNCtask and VNCproject. This document covers only the features and operations specific to VNCteamwork.

Account Types¶
You can register two types of accounts in VNCteamwork: Individual and Organization.

Individual Account
Provides access to VNCtask only. If you need access to VNCproject, you must upgrade to an Organization account. -
Organization Account
Unlocks the full VNCteamwork functionality, including both VNCtask and VNCproject.
To use VNCproject, a custom subdomain must be configured. When users access the VNCproject interface, they are redirected toyour_subdomain.vncteamwork.com
.
Once the subdomain is active:
- All users from the corresponding department are automatically synchronized and created on the subdomain.
- Any changes—such as adding or removing users—are reflected automatically by activating or locking the corresponding user accounts on the subdomain.
