Task Management¶

Lists¶
Lists allow you to organize and group tasks based on specific projects, categories, or personal preferences. Creating individual lists can help you streamline task management and prioritize effectively.
- All your created lists are stored in the
Lists
section for quick access. - The numbers displayed next to each list indicate the total number of tasks within that list.
- You can rename, reorder, or delete lists as needed to keep your workspace organized.
- Tasks can be easily moved between lists to reflect changes in your workflow or priorities.
Create a list¶
You can create a new list while adding a task, making it easy to organize your work as you go.
- Follow the steps 1-2 to create a task.
- Tap Lists to access list options.
- Tap the create new list icon
next to Assign List.
- Enter a list name in the field.
- Tap CREATE.
Once the list is created, you can view it in the Lists section.
Rename a list¶
- Tap the hamburger menu icon
in the upper left corner.
- Navigate to Lists.
- Tap and hold on a required list and then select Rename from the dropdown menu.
- Make your changes.
- Tap UPDATE.
Delete a list¶
If you delete a list, you will not be able to restore it.
- Tap the hamburger menu icon
in the upper left corner.
- Navigate to Lists.
- Tap and hold on a required list and then select Delete from the dropdown menu.
- When prompted, tap Delete to confirm that you want to delete a list.
Change a list for a task¶
You can change a task's list using two methods: the Change List option in the kebab menu or the Edit Task option.
- Search for a required task and tap the checkbox next to it.

Tap the kebab menu icon
on a toolbar at the top of the page and select Change List from the dropdown menu.

Search for or select the desired list. Once selected, the task will be updated immediately.
Tags¶
Check the tags list¶
The Tags
section allows you to manage task labels for better organization and filtering. Using tags, you can quickly categorize tasks across different lists and find related items with ease.
- Add, edit, or remove tags to keep your task system flexible and structured.
- Assign multiple tags to a single task for more precise categorization.
- Use tags to filter tasks, making it easier to focus on specific topics, priorities, or workflows.
- All created tags are stored in the
Tags
section for easy access and management.
To access the "Tags" section:
Add a tag to a task¶
- Search for a required task and tap it.
- Tap the pencil icon
to open the task editor.

Scroll to the "Tags" section and type the desired tag in the "Add Tag" field.
- As you type, suggestions from existing tags will appear. Select one if it matches your needs, or create a new tag by finishing your input.

Tap the checkmark button
to confirm the addition. The tag will now appear in the "Tags" section.
- Tap Save to apply the changes.
Change a tag for a task¶
- Search for a required task and tap the checkbox next to it.
- Tap the kebab menu icon
on a toolbar at the top of the page and select Change Tag from the dropdown menu.
- Select the new tag from the list, or search for the desired tag. Once selected, the task will be updated immediately.
Delete a tag from a task¶
- Search for a required task and tap it.
- Tap the pencil icon
to open the task editor.
- Scroll to the "Tags" section, find the tag you want to delete, and tap the cross icon
next to it.
- Tap Save tp confirm removal.
Locations¶
he Locations
section helps you organize tasks based on where they need to be completed or are associated. Assigning a location to a task improves categorization and tracking, making it easier to manage location-specific responsibilities.
- All tasks linked to a specific location are grouped under the
Locations
section for quick access. - The number displayed next to each location represents the total tasks assigned to it.
- Locations can be used to filter tasks, allowing you to focus on work relevant to a particular place.
Create a location¶
- Tap the hamburger menu icon
in the upper left corner.
- Navigate to Locations.
- Tap the create new location button
in the bottom right corner.
- Enter a location name in the field.
- Tap CREATE.
Once the location is created, you can view it in the Locations section.
Rename a location¶
- Tap the hamburger menu icon
in the upper left corner.
- Navigate to Locations.
- Tap and hold on a required location and then select Rename from the dropdown menu.
- Make your changes.
- Tap UPDATE.
