Task Management¶

Lists¶
You can create individual lists to group tasks.
- Lists are stored in the Lists section.
- Numbers, which you can see next to each list, are the number of tasks in these lists.
Create a list¶
- Tap the hamburger menu .
- Tap Lists.
- On the bottom, tap the plus icon .
- Enter a list name to the field and tap CREATE.
You should see the created list in Lists
Rename a list¶
- Tap the hamburger menu .
- Tap Lists.
- Tap and hold on a required list. Then select Rename menu option that appears.
- Rename the list and tap UPDATE.
Delete a list¶
If you delete a list, you will not be able to restore it.
- Tap the hamburger menu .
- Tap Lists.
- Tap and hold on a required list. Then select Delete menu option that appears.
- Confirm that you want to delete the list, tap DELETE in the modal window.
Tags¶
Check the tags list¶
To access the Tags section:
- This is the list of all existing tags, which you added to tasks.
- Numbers, which you can see next to each tag, are the number of tasks with this tag.
- To add a tag, follow the steps from "Add a tag to a task" section.
- To change a tag for a task, follow the steps from "Change a tag for a task" section.
- To remove a tag from a task, follow the steps from "Remove a tag from a task" section.
Locations¶
You can add a location to a task and all related tasks will be grouped by the location in the Locations section.
To access the section:
- Numbers, which you can see next to each location, are the number of tasks in these locations.
- To change a tag for a task, follow the steps from "Change a location for a task" section.
Add a location¶
- Tap the hamburger menu .
- Tap Locations.
- On the bottom, tap the plus icon .
- Enter a location name to the field and tap CREATE.
You should see the created location in Locations section
Rename a location¶
- Tap the hamburger menu .
- Tap Locations.
- Tap and hold on a required location. Then select Rename.
- Rename the location and tap UPDATE.
Delete a location¶
