Download & Installation

Install VNCcalendar App

Search for VNCcalendar in the Play Store or App Store and install the application.

After you have installed VNCcalendar, you can:

• Create, view, change and delete calendar events
• Create events with: title, exact date and time or all day, repeated events, attendees (also optional attendees), location, equipment, public or private, reminders, description and attachments
• Create multiple calendars for different purposes
• Switch between day, work week, week, month or list view
• Collaborate in teams and companies (Pro Version)

Switch among VNClagoon apps

You can go to another VNClagoon product from VNCcalendar if you have a subscription to the product. It means that you do not need to open the product URL in a browser and enter your credentials to log in.

1. In the upper right corner, tap the hamburger menu icon .
2. Tap Apps. You should see only the products you are subscribed to.
3. Select a required product and you should be redirected to this product.
4. If an app is not installed or available for the selected product, the web client for that application is opened in your phone's default browser.

Log out

Logging out of an account in the VNCcalendar app does not delete your account.

1. In the upper left corner, tap the hamburger menu icon .
2. Tap Logout.

Account Information

Log in to VNCcalendar app

Before logging in to the VNCcalendar app, ensure that you use the proper URL. For this, tap "Change server URL" on the login page, enter the appropriate URL, and tap "Change".

1. Open the VNCcalendar app.
2. Enter your credentials in the respective fields.
3. Tap LOGIN.

Change the profile photo

You can upload a photo to set as your VNCcalendar profile picture.

1. In the upper left corner, tap the hamburger icon .
2. Tap the profile icon.
3. On the "Profile Information" page, tap the camera icon .

4. 1. Tap UPLOAD and select a photo from your library or take a new photo with your camera.

   2. If you want to remove the current profile picture, tap Remove.

5. After uploading the picture, you can crop the picture, change the position and size.

6. Tap the checkmark .

Review the profile information

To review your profile information:

1. In the upper left corner, tap the hamburger menu icon.
2. Tap the profile icon.

The profile section displays your photo, full name, email, and button to change your password.

Change the password

You can change your password to protect your account from potential hacks. For security reasons, we recommend changing your password every 6 months.

1. In the upper left corner, tap the hamburger icon .
2. Tap the profile photo icon.
3. Tap Change password.
4. Enter your current password and then the new password twice to confirm.
5. Tap the checkmark .

Help & Privacy Statement

Access Help Center and "Legal Notice"

1. In the upper right corner, tap the hamburger menu icon.
2. Navigate to Settings > Help.

3. Select one of the following options:

   • Vesion&Changelog. The version number of VNCmail you are using.
   • Help/ Manual/ FAQ. A comprehensive user guide providing step-by-step instructions on how to use VNCmail and answers to basic questions about VNCmail.
   • VNC Service Desk. Adding a support request.
   • Terms of use. A "Terms of Service" agreement provides details about the relationship between VNClagoon and users. It sets forth clauses that embody the rules, requirements, restrictions, and limitations that a user must agree to use the VNClagoon applications.
   • Data privacy. The Data Privacy Policy provides details about what type of information is collected and tracked on the website, how the information may be used, and with whom the information may be shared.
