Create a tag

You can use tags to help classify and organize your calendar items. For example, you can have a tag for Urgent Priority and another for Medium Priority.

  • All tags are stored in the Tags section.
  • When you view a monthly, weekly, or work weekly calendar, you can click a tag's name to view apppointments associated with a tag.

You can create as many tags as you want, assign them colors, and then apply them to calendar events.

  1. Under the "Tags" section, click the tag icon .
  2. Enter the tag name to the field.
  3. Select a desired color for it.
  4. Tap CREATE.

You can check the created tag in "Tags" list.

Apply a tag

Any number of tags can be applied to an appointment.

  1. Check the box next to the Calendar where a required appointment is located.
  2. Right-click the appointment to which you want to apply a tag.
  3. Select Tag Appointment from the dropdown menu.
  4. Select one of the following options:

    • Click the Add new tags tab if you want to create a new tag. Type the name of the tag and assign a color associated with it.
    • Click the Select from existing tags tab if you want to quickly add tags for the email from the current list.
  5. Click the checkmark at the bottom.

Tags will appear under the Tags section in the left pane. Select a tag to filter your appointments/ calendar events to only display appointments/ calendar events that have that tag.

Remove a tag from a calendar event

  1. Check the box next to the Calendar where a required appointment is located.
  2. Right click on the appointment where you want to delete a tag.
  3. From the dropown menu that opens, select Tag Appointment.
  4. Under the "Assigned tags" section, click the cross icon next to the tag you want to delete.
  5. When you're finished, tap the checkmark .
